药物化学科研团队

药物化学科研团队现有成员三人：陈新教授、赵帅博士和钱明成博士。本团队拥有江苏省双创人才、省333人才工程第二层次培养对象，江苏省双创博士。本团队与诺贝尔奖获得者Robert Lefkowitz 院士合作，发现了第一个肾上腺素受体的小分子别构调节剂，有关成果发表于国际顶级学术期刊Nature和PNAS。获国家自然科学基金4项，省市级科技项目7项，发表SCI论文100余篇，授权发明专利近20项。课题组主要研究方向为G-蛋白偶联受体别构调节剂药物研究及药物合成方法学研究。

Medicinal chemistry research group consist of Prof. Xin Chen, Dr. Shuai Zhao and Dr. Mingcheng Qian. There are innovation and entrepreneurship talent, the second level training object of 333 talent project, doctor of entrepreneurship and innovation in Jiangsu Province. Recently, we have collaborated with Nobel Prize winner Robert Lefkowitz and found a first-in-class allosteric modulator of β-adrenergic receptor, which has been published in Nature and PNAS. We have received four National Natural Science Funds, seven provincial and municipal projects, published more than 100 peer-reviewed papers and obtained 20 authorized patents. Our research interests are mainly focused on discovery of allosteric modulators of G-protein coupled receptors and synthetic methodology.
