研究方向和内容:

1.自身免疫性疾病、过敏性疾病、肿瘤转移的发展机制以及生物标志物的研究和应用;

2.生物检测技术的研究和发展;

3.化合物活性筛选和临床前新药评价。

  

近年来主要研究工作和成果:

    长期以来致力于转化医学研究和应用,主攻组织器官的区域性免疫特性和疾病机理研究,变态反应和过敏休克的免疫细胞应答机制研究,细胞生物标志物的研究和应用,以及相关的检测手段的研发和检测系统的建立。

建立了实验室分子生物学模型、细胞模型、组织培养模型、动物模型,以及核酸、蛋白质和酶的生物检测系统,用于化合物活性筛选和病理药理探讨、药物早期开发和后期疗效鉴定。

肿瘤细胞和免疫细胞应答研究和肥大细胞参与的癌细胞生长、分化及凋亡机制的研究,对由肥大细胞过分增殖引起的血液疾病(血癌)和对类风湿疾病免疫学研究均有所突破,为新药研究提供依据。

对血管内皮细胞、纤维母细胞和气道上皮细胞膜蛋白和跨膜蛋白的研究,揭示了炎症蛋白酶引起的免疫反应和破坏细胞膜蛋白的结构和损害上皮细胞黏膜屏障有关。这些发现为临床诊断和小分子干预治疗提供了新的手段

另外,对肝纤微化的自行恢复机制的研究有所创新,提出了肝细胞穿膜蛋白靶向治疗的新途径,建立了肝纤微化肝硬化的早期诊断方法,应用于新药研究的早期开发。

建立了广泛的国际合作关系,并且形成了诊断服务体系和走向诊断试剂产业化和商业化,不断把医学转化研究成果尽快地服务于临床。我们的发明和发现,以及临床应用和商业活动,无论在科学价值上和社会经济学价值上都有着积极的意义。

美国过敏、哮喘与免疫学会(AAAAI)会员,英国肝脏病学会会员,世界中医药学会联合会中医药免疫专业委员会,常务理事。

曾多次获得美国过敏、哮喘与免疫学会各种奖项,和英国国家健康服务发明奖奖项,以及英国肝脏学会奖项。拥有美国和欧洲国际专利。
