陈沛，工学博士，2023年1月毕业于天津科技大学食品科学与工程学院。2023年6月进入常州大学药学院、生物与食品工程学院工作。入选常州市高层次人才“双岗互聘计划”。主持横向项目2项。主要从事天然产物提取分离、结构鉴定及生物活性等方面的研究。

主要研究方向：1. 天然产物中的多糖的结构表征、生物活性功效评价及其构效关系研究

2. 生物质碳材料的制备及二氧化碳捕集性能研究
